Questions

How is usage counted?

Every accepted send API call counts as one email for the calendar month. Failed sends are not billed. Limits are enforced per workspace and reset monthly.

What happens when I hit my limit?

The send API returns HTTP 429 and nothing is silently dropped. Raise your plan limit and sending resumes immediately.

How does billing work during early access?

Fortsend is in early access: usage above the free allowance is invoiced monthly. Self-serve billing is on the roadmap.

Do you help with deliverability?

Fortsend guides you through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for every domain and verifies the records live before the domain can send.
